San Diego Woodies

Thank you for your interest in San Diego Woodies, a newly formed chapter of the National Woodie Club. As the home of the granddaddy of all woodie events, Wavecrest, this chapter has been formed to foster camaraderie among woodie enthusiasts from near and far and to provide a forum through which owners and fans of woodies may share their common infatuation for these great treasures of automobile history.

San Diego Woodies, a non-profit association, was formed in 2001 as a chapter of the National Woodie Club. Our mission is to encourage and promote interest in the wooden car and to gather as a group to enjoy touring and showing these vehicles.

MEMBERSHIP

If you own a woodie, or are looking to purchase a woodie or just like to admire old wooden cars, the chapter welcomes you to become a member. As a member you will be kept informed of all events, gatherings and meetings of the chapter and will receive our quarterly newsletter, Wood Vibrations, which serves as a networking and information resource for members.
