We are in the process of importing users into the website.  Subscribers who currently have an email address on file with The National Woodie Club will receive emails with their username / password credentials so they can access the site.  

If you currently have a subscription with The National Woodie Club, but do not have an email address on file, please send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the following information:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • National Woodie Club Membership Number
  • Email Address

Supplying this information will allow us to check the status of your subscription and add the email address to your account.  Once we have confirmed your account is in good standing, we will supply credentials to the website.

If you have signed up for a subscription through the website, you may need to add This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  to your spam filter as a safe sender. Check your email spam folder to see if the activation email was intercepted.   Some users have had issues activating their account.  Instructions for activating your account are sent to the email address you used when subscribing to the club.
