Hi All,
I am looking to get the body on the Ford Woodie rebuilt early next year, and as it turns out all of the handles and mechanisms are all a bit of a mismatch due to the body being a coachbuilt of World War 2. The car was a war chopped 1940/41 car...may have been a sedan delivery, and the body is a 1939 Ford body as best I can tell.

I am hoping someone has a parts breakdown page for a 1939 Ford Woodie, showing the door inner and outer mechanical bits.

Also does anyone have any good second hand complete sets of door handles and mechanisms that you want to sell for both winding windows and opening doors and tailgates? if not can anyone tell me a dealer who may do? I am looking at most suspects, and cgford look to be the most complete for wagon parts.

cant give you exactly the info you need..

Many thanks for the info...yes it gets a bit overwhelming when you start to look at things, esecially how the hardware all fits together.

One thing I do know is that the winders and locking hardware is all incorrect, so hopefully will put an ad in the club mag looking for parts and will turn up a few.
